Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation, the retainer paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated for damages to JP Professional Photography in the event of a cancelation, or breach of contract by the CLIENT. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment of any JP Professional Photography materials/charges incurred up to time of cancellation. The retainer shall applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered. Digital products and print products will not be refunded once delivered. Print products cannot be refunded once sent to the printers. However, if the print is damaged or incorrect the product(s) will be replaced.
Delivery Policy: Digital downloads will be delivered within 24 hours of payment. Printed products take approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered. Studio pick up is preferred. Orders can be shipped by Royal Mail if home delivery is preferred.
Privacy Policy : We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
